Let's talk postage and recycling! We take care in orders being wrapped and packed in as much non plastic wrap packaging where possible. We also reuse 99% of our packaging to protect our planet.

We don't want items arriving scratched or marked so they are packaged securely within each satchel or box. 

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 days in numerical order from the day of your order being placed. Express Post doesn't mean express packed, it is for Australia Post to make sure they get your order to you as fast as they can after we have dispatched it. If you need an order URGENTLY we have the Priority Pack N Post option on the website. Pack N Post means your order is made a priority order and and will be posted as Express Post in the next delivery drop regardless of your order number. Possibly the same day depending the time your order is confirmed.

When there is a preorder you will be advised of the turn around time which is up to 12 weeks. 

We do post drops daily expect for Public holidays and in between Christmas and New year. Delays will occur after a sale, public holidays. Keep up to date on our main Facebook page ( Dreamy Bag Hardware) for any updates or possible delays that may occur.

All orders are sent through Australia Post and we offer Regular Tracked postage and Express post on orders. Once your parcel is with Australia post it is out of our hands so please contact Australia Post prior to contacting us for updates. Postage costs are charged by Aus post. 

Regular Tracked Postage from $10.90

Express Postage from $14.50

Priority Pack N Post From $18.95. Express posted the next day. Pending the time of day the order is confirmed it may even be the same day.

Orders over $120 will be posted for FREE with REGULAR post. Exc Kam Press orders.

Kam Presses postage from $24

Whilst we don't offer to combine orders if we notice you have two orders in we may send them together for your convenience in this case will refund half the postage cost and the remainder is towards processing fees and time in combining orders.

International Postage is available on the website. Overcharges will be refunded at the time the shipping label is created. If your country is not available at the checkout please contact us for a postage cost at admin@dreamybaghardware.com.au
